Synchro by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Assistant, located in the Setubal area.

Duties:

• Answering telephones, emails, chats, video calls and social networks, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting any situations or problems within the scope of answering telephone calls, handling emails, chats, video calls and social networks, in accordance with theclient\'s procedures;
• Registering and forwarding incidents, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
• Answering services in a foreign language;

Working hours and location:

• Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00;
• Lisbon.

Requirements:

• 12th grade education
• ease of integration and teamwork;
• be assertive, resilient and adaptable;
• excellent oral expression skills (assertive communication);
• Immediate availability.
