Synchro by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Assistant, located in the Lisbon area.

Duties:

  • 1st line support for the operation, in accordance with the client\'s procedures.1stline support to the operation, in accordance with the client\'s procedures; diagnose and troubleshoot any technical situations or problems in the context of telephone service, emails, chat, video calls and social networks, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
  • Customer service to citizens and companies, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
  • Video call answering, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
  • Registering and forwarding incidents, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
  • Liaising with the client\'s technical team, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
  • Support and feedback to Supervisors and Information and Service Technicians;
  • Other tasks that may be necessary within the scope of the activity. Attendance and handling of tasks in Portuguese and English, when necessary.

Working hours and location:

  • Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00;
  • Lisbon.

Requirements:

  • 12th grade education
  • ease of integration and teamwork;
  • be assertive, resilient and adaptable;
  • excellent oral expression skills (assertive communication);
  • Immediate availability.
