Synchro by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Assistant, located in the Lisbon area.
Duties:
- 1st line support for the operation, in accordance with the client\'s procedures.1stline support to the operation, in accordance with the client\'s procedures; diagnose and troubleshoot any technical situations or problems in the context of telephone service, emails, chat, video calls and social networks, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
- Customer service to citizens and companies, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
- Video call answering, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
- Registering and forwarding incidents, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
- Liaising with the client\'s technical team, in accordance with the client\'s procedures;
- Support and feedback to Supervisors and Information and Service Technicians;
- Other tasks that may be necessary within the scope of the activity. Attendance and handling of tasks in Portuguese and English, when necessary.
Working hours and location:
- Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00;
- Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 12th grade education
- ease of integration and teamwork;
- be assertive, resilient and adaptable;
- excellent oral expression skills (assertive communication);
- Immediate availability.
