Synchro, Outsourcing by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Service Representative (contact center) for a company in the public transportation sector, located in Viana do Castelo.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle incoming calls;
- Providing and receiving various types of information, particularly regarding the locations and means available for using the services provided;
- Explain billed amounts and assist in identifying unusual situations, among other matters;
- Performing data update tasks and assisting with scheduling and/or rescheduling in-person appointments at service counters;
- Handling and addressing complaints, suggestions, and requests for information, and logging them for internal referral to the second-line support team;
- Escalation and/or creation of internal tickets/emails to resolve irregularities identified during the call.
LOCATION AND HOURS
- Monday through Friday;
- Between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break;
- 35 hours per week;
- Viana do Castelo.
REQUIREMENTS
- 9th grade of schooling (minimum);
- Basic computer skills as a user of Microsoft Office software;
- Experience in inbound customer service (preferred);
- Knowledge of English (preferred);
- Experience with and interest in the contact center environment.
CONDITIONS
- Employment contract with a base salary of €805 plus a daily allowance of €6 paid via card;
- 3-month training contract with a monthly salary of 925€.
