Synchro by Egor is recruiting a Securities Transaction Support Analyst to work at a leading financial institution.

MISSION
Ensure the processing, validation, and control of financial instrument transactions, guaranteeing the integrity of processes throughout the entire operational cycle (front-to-back), in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

ROLE

• Provide operational support to the Sales & Trading teams across various asset classes (bonds, stocks, securities lending/borrowing, among others);
• Validate, record, and allocate transactions, ensuring their correct integration into back-office systems;
• Ensure transaction matching and confirmation processes, resolving discrepancies promptly;
• Perform reconciliations and manage exceptions, mitigating operational risk;
• Support client onboarding processes, maintain reference data, and validate documentation;
• Manage collateral flows (allocation and withdrawal);
• Process high volumes of transactions accurately and within tight deadlines;
• Liaise with internal teams (trading, operations, legal) and external stakeholders to ensure proper settlement;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and increased operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
• Up to 2 years of experience in banking/financial operations (preferred);
• Fluent in English (required);
• Good knowledge of MS Office, with proficiency in Excel;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and results-oriented mindset;
• Strong customer focus.

CONDITIONS

• Base salary commensurate with demonstrated experience;
• Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
• Hybrid work arrangement (in-office and remote work);
• Work location: Lisbon.
