Synchro by EGOR, in the Outsourcing division, is recruiting a Financial Control Administrator (m/f) for a client company in the travel industry, located in Vila Nova de Gaia.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Verify the accounting entries made by Hotel Managers;
- Ensure the correct entry of accounting entries and the corresponding supporting documentation;
- Validate and enter VAT data, in coordination with the Tax Accounting team;
- Verify and complete additional accounting information;
- Analyze the reasonableness of inventory counts for consumables and durable goods;
- Identify discrepancies in inventory lists and provide guidance to Hotel Managers on how to correct them;
- Provide support to Hotel Managers in their areas of responsibility via MS Teams, email, and phone.
LOCATION AND SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- Vila Nova de Gaia.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma (knowledge of accounting is a plus but not required);
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles;
- C1 level of English;
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools;
- Organizational and planning skills, a methodical approach, and attention to detail;
- Team spirit, strong communication skills, humility, and a willingness to learn;
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power BI (preferred).
CONDITIONS
- Salary: VB 1000 8.5 SA.
