Synchro, by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Support for a project based in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential clients;
  • Receive and transfer calls to external destinations when required;
  • Classify and register incoming calls;
  • Ensure a professional and high-quality customer service experience.

Working Hours & Conditions

  • Fixed schedule: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM;
  • 40 hours per week;
  • Monday to Friday;
  • Weekends off.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High school diploma;
  • Fluency in Danish and English (mandatory);
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Organized and responsible profile;
  • Previous experience in contact center (preferred).
