Synchro, by Egor, is recruiting a Customer Support for a project based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and potential clients;

Receive and transfer calls to external destinations when required;

Classify and register incoming calls;

Ensure a professional and high-quality customer service experience.
Working Hours & Conditions

Fixed schedule: 07:00 AM – 04:00 PM;

40 hours per week;
-
Monday to Friday;
-
Weekends off.
Requirements

Minimum education: High school diploma;
-
Fluency in Danish and English (mandatory);
-
Strong communication skills;
-
Organized and responsible profile;

Previous experience in contact center (preferred).
